For the first month our raid nights are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

After, we raid Tuesday and Thursday, with an occasional Friday night to push progression.

We're a friendly and laid back group of adults in our early 30s and older.

We're casual-midcore; we like to have fun, but we're goal-oriented and focus on progression.

We use a DPS → Tanks → Heals loot priority system.

We use PF strats, mitigation sheets, and sim harder mechanics if available.

We provide assists with crafting and melds to get each other geared in advance.

We also do other content! Interested in Utlimates, old raids, or anything else? Just ask!

Have fun! This is the most important rule.

Be patient, kind, respectful, and understanding with each other.

Come prepared for progression. Study fights in advance and come prepared.

Know your role. Raiding experience in your desired role is preferred.

Be punctual and on time for raids.

Do your best! Don't have purple parses? Only have an Echo clear? That's okay!

Be receptive to suggestion and constructive criticism. Mistakes happen, and that's OK.

Be okay with hanging out in voice chat! You don't have to talk, but be there for callouts.

Life happens! If you can't make a night, give us as much advance notice as possible.

We have zero tolerance for racist behavior, bigotry, or toxicity.

We trial before recruiting to gauge class competency, but primarily for a vibe check.

If a member repeatedly misses multiple sessions we'll have to replace them. We need consistency to reach our goal to clear.
